What is the best brand hair bleach to use?

I wanted to dye my hair black and then a bleached some highlights and finally used bleach cleaner. What is the best brand of bleach hair for use not kill my hair, but gets all the color of the parties if the hair is applied? PS My hair is now a black-brown color reddish-blonde highlights, and I hate him. Haha well it was a great way to explain my current> hair color. <
