Maximum total time should not exceed 90 minutes.Check the progress of your blonding from the first section of hair applied with the lightening mixture. Wipe a strand with a damp paper towel. Check evenness of lightening, from root to tip. If your root area does not match hair ends, reapply the lightening mixture to the same strand and continue checking every 5 minutes until you achieve overall even lightening. STEP 3 RINSE, SHAMPOO & CONDITIONThoroughly rinse the lightening mixture from your hair until the water runs clear.Shampoo hair with a mild shampoo.Apply the Moisture Intensive Conditioner evenly to hair. Depending on how light you want your hair to be, you should leave the lightening mixture on a minimum of 20 minutes, up to a maximum of 90 minutes.After 20 minutes, wipe the strand clean. If the strand is not light enough, return it to the lightening mixture and check every 5 minutes. Remember your hair looks darker when wet.Rinse the strand thoroughly and towel dry gently.
