Best kind of makeup for a girl with blonde hair?

I was wondering what style of makeup would look best for a girl of 15 years old with pale skin, blue eyes and blond hair is bleach?

maybe a little eyeliner and mascara. if you have fair skin I would say use a little foundation.

I currently have bleach blonde hair, just pass my shoulders with a lateral stripe .. can you please post ideas that I think styles should - im considering getting hair extensions too .... Thanks:)
