You can trust the Corioliss straighteners / curlers when they say their product does not damage your hair because it uses infrared technology and no heat / power (As explained by the sales consultant) when we really need to warm up with eletricity? I just bought one of these for £ 60, which is not cheap and I'm finding it's pretty hard to curl / wave to him and when I manage to do it, it drops very quickly ... please help!

I have a Revlon one ... was like $ 25 and it works great ... I have hair long that is naturally wavy. Revlon plate doesn't damage the hair and more if you use heat protection shampoo should be fine. tongs hair is what kills the ends of your hair. its a red one with a comb in it.
