Should I bleach my hair before coloring? (DIY)?

if you want the color very exciting to come out then you should bleach. the problem is that bleaching is just as damaging to your hair. I had a friend of the Philippines with the ever-thicker hair and she embarrassed and had to get it cut so coz. and his black hair is beautiful m is not, of course, never again. must be preserved!
