i dyed my hair a week ago, if leave conditioner and shampoo in it for 5 minutes wil it fade?

I dyed my hair a week or so ago, and it is very dark! to dark is there anyway i can take out a little color with out damanging my hair, like leaving in shapmoo and conditioner?
