Which is the best natural medicine for dandruff?
I am 20/Male and had used several costly shampoos for curing my dandruff but it returns after seizing it and due to those chemical shampoos my hairs are getting grey.Please suggest me some herbal/natural shampoo or medicine to cure my dandruff.

Like you many many people do not know the scientific fact that dandruff is not a skin disease but a deficiency of selenium a vital mineral which is anti ageing and anti wrinkle too, it binds tissues in a healthy way so that from fifth layer of you skin remain healthy and when it mature from 5th to first dead layer remains healthy.

Hot oil therapy is the best method to cure dandruff. Massage hot oil into the scalp at bedtime.
Next morning an hour before the bath, rub lemon juice mixed with cosmetic vinegar into the scalp with cotton wool.
Wash your hair properly and as a last rinse use the juice of one lemon in a cup of hot water. Continue this action once or twice a week for three months.
Mix two tablespoons of cosmetic vinegar and six tablespoons of hot water.

Mix beetroot juice in vinegar and apply on the scalp. Ginger juice and beetroot juice mixed together and applied on the scalp are also beneficial.
