Does temporary hair dye damage hair that’s permed/straightened/relaxed?

I’m getting my hair done (either permed or straightened or relaxed) permanently tomorrow, and I also want to put on some temporary hair dye the week after.
When i say temporary, i mean the walmart, washes off when i shampoo my hair kind, k.
